Click on your 'My Controls' link on the upper right
On the left menu bar you'll see a section entitled 'Invision Gallery'
Click on the 'Your Albums' Link
Click on the 'Create Album' button
Give your Gallery a Name and even a brief description
in the Drop Down menu for Category make sure you select 'Member's Gallery'
Select the Check box where is says 'Checking this box will allow other users to view your album.'
Then Click the 'Create Album' button

You'll then be back to your Control Panel
Under the 'Select an operation' drop down menus, select 'Upload Image'

You'll be brought to a new screen where you can enter a caption and perhaps a description of your piece and then just scroll down to where it says Upload Photo and browse to the image you want to upload.

And that ought to do it.
